    The only thing i found wrong was a small dend in the top pannel of the unit.
    But we feel it is beautifully elegant. I think time will tell on the units functionally, but build quality is outstanding. Except for remembering wnere i put the keys i haven’t had a problem . And i got a unit larger then i felt i needed. Weight at 62 pounds was a little tough to move but i got it where i wanted it. Finally fireproof, I will take your word on it, not going to test it

    I set up the safe and it would not lock back and the emergency key would not lock it back, stuck in the open position. A replacement has been issued, let’s hope this other one works.

    Revised: The replacement safe arrived badly damaged…I had to return this one as well. See attached photos.

    I ordered this safe and it’s super heavy but definitely the quality is not there. The plastic in front is cheap and doesn’t stay on, it came dented, scratched and if you see inside it’s uneven. I couldn’t send it back because I was told to get rid of the box and nothing else would hold it’s weight I should’ve not listened to customer service when they said get rid of the box they would compensate the damages. Lesson learned

    The thoughtful design guarantees a high-quality product. But one major problem with the design. If someone wanted to carry this off without the alarm going off all one needs to do is remove the batteries that are under the plate. But other than that I am happy with the safe.

    I got it to store pistol in. Very disappointed with the fact they said it was fire and water proof. I liked the size so I got some ceramic fire material lined the inside of safe and door. Also got some fire proof/water proof seal for the door. The only thing fire proof is it is made of steel. With no protection for content.

    Out of the box, corners already scratched up & missing the wall anchors screw set as well. Customer service only Monday thru Friday AM side, email only and takes at least 12-60 hours to get back to you….not feeling the ‘safe’ aspect at the moment.
    In addition, the metal outside feels little insecure…So 3 stars..feel it’s average for the means needed.

    The handle’s design lets it fall into ‘closed’position! This means even if you forget to close the handle the safe can auto-close with just a simple kick or nudge!

    The box was pretty damaged and the back had a crack but at least no open spots.

    Came with keys and fire-proof bag.

    I like the designs I like the size I like the fact that it has three in one safes how ever I didn’t like the fact that this particular one had so much issues with it first when I op-ed the top of the box I see that it was opened than sealed with JB Weld when I contacted the seller he tried to give me a credit off the price but I declined than I was told the I can keep the box and they are going to give me a full credit on it how ever it’s a big box so I went to put it in the trash I took the safe out of the box than the shocking sight came this particular safe has been either in a storage unit and it was opened or some one cut the bottom to get in to it they drilled the back up key and when they put everything back together they didn’t do a good job you can still see that it was cut from the bottom of the box and you came open the box at all thank hog I didn’t listen to them. I requested my full money back. Just wanted to let people know if you are searching for safe. Don’t go for that type.

    After careful reading, I chose this product because it can be mounted on the floor & wall. When I received the safe, the appearance was OK, but it did not match the product description. There were no holes reserved for installation. Does this mean that I need to drill holes in the new safe myself? This is a joke! The description weight is 86 pounds. A woman received the safe from the door and moved it to the room by herself. If it cannot be installed on the floor, it is just a metal password cabinet. There is no sense of security. I can’t imagine that if a thief breaks into the room, he will take away all your valuables accurately! It saves more time to take the safe away. I would not recommend it!

    Five stars for Amazon’s customer service, which is a strong support for buyers! I tried to contact the seller, but the response I got was that they kept giving me discounts and leaving safes, but they didn’t give me a label to send it back. I don’t need discounts, I just need a worthwhile product.

    Dumbest thing I’ve wasted my money on. I saw all the other reviews and thought it would be pretty cool to buy. It looks really slick and arrived with no scratches. It’s decently heavy too, I was pleased until I discovered that 123456 works to get into the safe even though I changed my password. The default password initially which was 1234 was changed and now I have a new password that I came up with on my own. I tried to make sure in which I concluded that 1234 does not work, which is good. What’s not good is that “123456” works for some reason along with my password that I have programmed. Meaning if someone was trying to get into my safe, they could just type 123456 and get in every time without having to uses the password I programmed into it; it won’t let me change it either so it just has two passwords and I can’t change it. I have no clue what to do and this thing is useless now, it’s just storage space to put stuff inside of at the moment. It’s not even a safe anymore because it doesn’t serve the purpose intended. I suggest if you don’t want to be out $300 dollars, simply do not buy it. I will immediately return.
